It is important that you register as the person who will be taking the online course.
* Your friend or family member cannot register for you so it has to be you.
* The address input in the form fields need to be the a correct physical address so when you complete the course you will receive the certificate at that address
* Make sure you use a valid email address at the time of registration. You will receive 2 emails on the same day. The first one for the purchase receipt and the second one for your user-name and password.
Please make sure you use the most common emails such as Hotmail and Yahoo, and make sure you check your Spam Folder.
WARNING: If you are using AOL, you may not receive your password. Please use another email address.
When registering, please keep in mind that your password will be sent to you via email immediately. If you do not see your password on your in box, it might be in your spam folder.
FOR AOL USERS: You may not receive your password on AOL. Please use another email address at the time of registration.
At the time of registration you will receive a unique user-name and password. These are case sensitive so please make sure you type these in the right order. Also, do not include an extra space when typing because the system will consider it as an extra character.
** Notes on PASSWORD RECOVERY: Any time you use the "Forgot Password" feature, you will receive a brand new user-name and password.
Yes you will receive a certificate after you successfully complete all the chapter tests and the final test.
At the end of the final test, you will be prompted with a message to review your information entered at the time of registration. If this information is wrong please email marylou@beyondandabove.net or call (727)-384-4135. When verifying, please provide your email used at the time of registration and your name as well.
You will be up to date with your Emergency Recurrent Training which is in compliance with the FAA Part 91,125 and 135 rules and regulations.
Make sure you take the test without any interruptions. The test is presented as a pop-up so most of the time it will appear as a separate window. Make sure that you check all your other windows (browser windows) because the test might be there waiting for you.
NOTES ON THE TEST: Please do not close or click on the back button during the test. Your information will not be processed.
You can use dial up, however it is very slow and your ability to view the video's will be difficult. DSL or Cable is recommended.
The FAA rule is that you must do Emergency Hands on every 2 years. It is to your benefit and the safety of your crew and passengers to take the refresher course every 6 months or at least once a year. Repetition is the best way to learn and remember your procedures.
Yes, you can take the chapter tests as many times as you need to in order to pass the test.
Yes, you can go back to the course anytime at your leisure.
Many Owners and Operators want their Flight Attendants to be up to date on their emergency procedures and request that the Flight Attendants take recurrent at least once a year.
The other advantage is that by taking the course on line you are saving yourself and or your company the expense of traveling and Hotel. It is a much more cost effective way to stay current.The On Line Training contains the same content as our On -Site Training.
If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" feature, and add your email address at the time of registration.
If you want to change your password, use the password given to you at the time of registration. Please be very careful because this new password is case sensitive. Log in using this password and go to change password (in the member's area).
If you think you are ready for a chapter test, then you can click on the links of the right for each chapter test. When taking the test please do not use your back button.
These chapter tests can be taken at random, so when everything is done, you can finally take the final test.
You can take the test as many times as you want. However, note that your answers and attempts to pass a test are saved in the database.
